  1. 1. How can I place an order?
    There are 4 convenient ways to order from Perfectly Plush:
    1 . Online: Submit your order online through our website using our convenient shopping cart.
    2 . By Telephone: Contact our customer service department at 866.657.5810 to place your order with one of our customer service representatives.
    3 . Via Fax: Download our order form and fax the completed form to 905.657.5811.
    4 . Via Email: Download our order form then scan and email the completed form to customerservice@perfectlyplush.com or include your order in an email to us.

  2. What is your minimum order?
    We do not have a minimum order.

  3. Do you offer volume pricing?
    We offer volume pricing for products ordered by the case. Contact a customer service representative for further information.

  4. How can I pay for my order?
    Our payment options are COD, Visa or Mastercard. If you would like to apply for terms, please contact a customer service representative to request a credit application. Please allow 1-2 weeks for approval.

  5. How do you ship products and where do they ship from?
    All of our products are shipped across Canada using Canpar Transport, FOB Newmarket, ON.

  6. How much do you charge for shipping?
    Due to the lightweight nature of our products, we are charged for shipping by freight carriers based on dimensional weight and not actual weight. As a result, we are unable to provide actual shipping charges until your order has been picked and packed. A customer service representative will be happy to provide you with an approximate shipping charge.

  7. What if I receive a product which is defective?
    First and Main plush is a high quality plush. In the event that one of the products received is defective, a claim for defective merchandise must be made within 15 days of delivery. Please contact a customer service representative for a Return Authorization Number. Freight charges are not reimbursed. Damaged or missing parts must be claimed with the carrier.

  8. When should I place an order for seasonal plush?
    We encourage our customers to order early to ensure that your favourite items are available. Products are reserved for our customers from incoming stock based on requested ship dates. For your convenience, items are billed only when they are shipped. Reserve your favourite items today!

  9. What do you do if an item is out of stock?
    Products temporarily out of stock will be backordered unless you direct us otherwise, or the value of such items is less than $50.00.

  10. Do your products carry UPC codes?
    All First & Main items carry a UPC code.

  11. What happens if I have to cancel or return my order?
    In the event that you have to cancel or return an order, a 25% restocking charge will apply. We cannot accept returns of seasonal merchandise or items with damaged tags (price stickers etc.). Please contact a customer service representative for a Return Authorization Number. Freight charges are not reimbursed.

  12. Can I use product images on the website or in the catalogue?
    To use First and Main images, contact a customer service representative and we will gladly provide you with the information requested.
